WTF ?!?! Where are my customers....

Wheeeewwwwwwww! For many people, businesses went from booming to a slow crawl these past few quarters of 2022. I can guarantee you that being an entrepreneur is not for the faint at heart! If you thought that those stimmy, income tax, black history month, and unemployment customers would sustain your business - YOUR BAD!

The economy, oh the economy…. It’s easy to blame the economy for why your business is slow. YES, that may be a contributing factor - however, plenty of businesses are still thriving through this economy. The issue is the value of your product or service. No, I am not saying your product or service is not valuable - what I am saying is that the value YOUR consumer placed on your product or service does not outweigh other expenses that they have. Your product or service was sacrificed or lost to a competitor.

It is your job to create that value and show your consumers why they still need to spend their coins with you. Some people may not have it, which is fine, but most have prioritized something above what you offer. More than likely, it is still a WANT and not a need.

Another issue I have seen in the current market is that people have simply stopped hustling as hard as they were (myself included). Essentially, folks got comfortable with their “steady” flow and assumed that business would keep flowing. While you were playing with your business and not continuing to invest time, energy, and money, somebody else was and is now collecting what expendable income your customer had.

A piece of advice is to find a way to make your product or service a NECESSITY or ensure it solves a problem. When you have 1 of those and, even better, both, it will sell as long as you educate your consumers on how this product or service is what they need in their life!

Your consumers are still out there, you need to sit down and evaluate your business, products/services and come up with a plan. The solution is sitting down with ME, someone who has dealt with this firsthand and has the background and knowledge to help you climb out of it. With love always,
