We will cover the basics of Purchasing, Pricing, and Inventory! These three topics are critical to starting, growing, and operating your business. Lucky for you, I am well-versed in all three areas! NO, you do not have to have a business already (it’s better if you are in the beginning stages). These are business components that can change over time and be implemented anytime.
Purchasing: We discuss wholesale purchasing, quantity, and quality.
Pricing: We will cover the basics of understanding your competitors and the industry “norm,” Cost of Goods Sold, and Return on Investment rates.
Inventory: We will discuss understanding essential inventory management, including quantity and a few business tax tips.
